[amibroker] Importing ASX Fundamental data from Money MSN

Hello,

Does anyone have working code for importing fundamental data from a
CSV file into Amibroker?

I created a spreadsheet from 
http://money.ninemsn.com.au/shares-and-funds/share-screener.aspx
and created a format file for importing via the Ascii wizard. This
worked okay for some of the values but omitted all values except the
PE, EPS, EPS Est Current Year and EPS Est Next Year. 

The code used is enclosed below:
