That page is really straight forward to parse. If you use
BeautifulSoup, it puts all the <td../td>'s in a list for you and you
just iterate through them without any real parsing.
The page is very uniform so parsing it with regex (ugh) wouldn't be
too difficult either. I've dealt with a lot worse.
