Works for me here, backfills OK and the symbol is correct.

 

Note that backfills are available only on regular (non-demo) account.

I found that while I can get the live data for EUR.USD-IDEALPRO-CASH, I can't get back fill, it show error that no market data available.  May I know if this symbol is correct? or I should use another symbol for IB forex?  Thanks.
