[amibroker] AFL code for COT (Commitment of Traders)

Hello,

I am very impressed with AB capabilities and its vast library of AFLs.
I am new to AB and a search has not rerurned much of the result hence 
this question - Is there an AFL on COT? Has this been developed in the 
past? I think is mainly a template file for reading ASCI (csv) data one 
can download from COT website. At the moment, I do it with XLS macro 
but it will be nice to do integrate this with charing and indicators.
