Yes it is a "feature" of many sources (eSignal, IQFeed included) that they adjust end-of-day data only
without touching intraday historical. That results in situation when
historical daily charts don't match historical intraday.

That is exactly the case for EEM. Intraday data are NOT adjusted
while EOD is. That creates inconsistency. 

The only way to "fix" that is to try to convince
IQFeed that you need adjusted intraday data too.
