Brian - Just a thought here, and I say this because I believe you *do* have
good intentions and you *do* try to be helpful. So here we go....I don't
think that you will ever be able to just come into the group and try to run
the show or try to appoint yourself as our "leader". TJ is not looking for a
collaborator and we are not really looking for a leader. Why don't you just
be *one of us*, help when you can, ask questions when you need to, make some
friends and take away whatever good you can from the group? It is really
not so bad to be "one of the herd" around here! 8 - )
