[amibroker] Herman's custom buttons and refresh

Herman. your code for the custom buttons has a builtin refresh command. 
my ab is set to refresh at 1 sec interval using prefreences. is there 
any reason why i should be using the RequestTimedRefresh(1);

does it mean my ab will refresh twice per second?
