[amibroker] thsi match does not addup

i am using the commentary to check and it does not add up. is my eye 
missing something.

simple code checks if the cci is retracing back. so the new cci bar 
should be higher than the old cci bar and the difference should be 
CCIval=CCI();
CCITurningup=IIf(CCIval<Ref(CCIval,-1),1,0);
printf(" currentcci %g old cci %g cci turning up or not  %g ",CCIval, 
Ref(CCIval,-1), CCITurningup);

the results are  currentcci -137.288 old cci -177.073 cci turning up or 
not  0 

why am i not getting a 1. it looks obvious to me.

strange day with issues for me.
