I don't have SP3, but I notice I have 2 SP2 packages...( KB927978 and KB936181)
 
I normally get updates automatically, but SP3 has not reached me yet.

Unless there's something you absolutely need in M$FT's latest O/S or SP then best to let others be on the bleeding edge ...
