[amibroker] Silly problem

My Amibroker has gotten itself into a mode where it will only either 
run minimized or maximized. If I'm maximized (taking a full screen) 
and  hit the "Restore Down" icon, it minimizes. So, I'm always either 
taking a full window or none. I would like for it to only take a 
portion of a screen (like it always did until the past week or so) 
and I'd also like to be able to move it to another monitor (I have 
three).

I figure this is more likely a Windows XP problem than a AB problem 
but I can't seem to fix it.

Any ideas out there?
