I have uploaded an AmiBroker Help file to the "Files" area:

http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/amibroker/files/AmiBroker%20Help%20File/

This file contains 95% of the excellent text in the current built-in
Help file. I am grateful to Tomasz for kindly giving permission for me
to use this text.

This file was originally created for my own benefit. The purpose was
to split up the current topics, so as to "expose" more topics in the
explorer tree. The headings in the new topics are *completely*
identical to the headings in the current Help file. The actual
sequence of the text is therefore unchanged. So I can quickly scan
down the explorer tree to find the heading that I am looking for.

To preserve the flow of the text, I have added a few words here and
there. Such as, "These options are discussed in the following sub-topics."

I have added a "How to...?" section near the end. Again, most of the
topics are based on the current text. Some topics are still needed,
especially in the backtester.

Some of the "How to...?" topics consist of nothing more than a link to
the current first-class Help text (but that text is now in my file).
This "exposes" the topic in my explorer tree.

The index is automatically generated, so it is not so good or so
helpful as the current index. My index is simply a list of the topic
headings arranged alphabetically. I can create a better "manual" index
later.

The file has not been carefully edited. So there will be errors,
omissions, ambiguities, etc. I would be grateful for all comments.

Some text is marked as "ToDo" (which you can find with a global
search). If anyone knows the answers to the questions, please let me know.

The file needs to be unzipped. Remove "$" from "AmiBroker.chm$"

Double-click on the file to open.
