[amibroker] Not sure how to create a trigger

Hi All,
I'm trying to determine how to create a trigger and can't find the 
answer.

What I want to be able to do is have an oscillator act as a trigger, 
i.e., when it reaches an point (say an oversold point), then the system 
can start looking for someting else. But when it finds this something 
else, where the oscillator is is no longer relevent.

All I am familiar with is buy () AND () AND () OR () sort of rules.
