I just plotted  a 9-Period Flow (EOD) with you formula:

Periods = Param( "Periods", 9, 2, 200, 1 );
//Av = (H+L+C) / 3;
PosFlow = ( Sum( IIf( Avg >= Ref(Avg,-1), V, 0) * Avg, periods )) ;
NegFlow = ( Sum( IIf( Avg <= Ref(Avg,-1), V, 0) * Avg, periods )) ;
Plot(PosFlow, "InFlow ", colorGreen);
Plot(NegFlow, "OutFlow ", colorRed);

It looks nice. I would sure like to experiment with different time-frames. Thanks
