[amibroker] Only 2 decimal places in RT Quote Window?

Screen shots in the help menu show the realtime quote window
displaying quotes up to 4 places past the decimal, but mine only
displays 2 places past the decimal (making it rather useless for
forex).  Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?  I am using
IB as the realtime data source.
