AmiBroker runs 100% fine on Vista CLEAN install.

The message "Failure security options" is NOT a message comming
from AmiBroker.

Simple GOOLING for "Failure: security options" reveals that
the problem is NOT releated to AmiBroker, but rather to your hardware
config:
