[amibroker] AmiQuote 2.0 - error - Local file can't be opened...

What causes a "Local file can't be opened..." when downloading data ?
I download Yahoo EOD and have had no problems until today ( haven't 
downloaded all week) and each symbol after the first stalls with an 
error of "The operation timed out", no doubt pending the first error.
I'm just downloading indexes and mutual fund. I also tried selecting 
one of my *.tls files instead of selecting Auto-Update Amiquote 
database, but no luck.
