[amibroker] Sortino Ratio

In post #123234 there is code for Sortino Ratio but I can't figure out 
how to incorporate it into CBT.

Any guidance please?

The CBT is quite exciting and consequently I am wanting to implement 
things beyond my current capabilities - but, I'll get there.
