[amibroker] RT chart not updating !!!

Hi,

 Amibroker charts are not updating in RT. I use AB with IQFeed 
and eSignal and in both cases some symbols are not updating.
The problem is only with certain symbols. I some cases the price is 
updating but the volume is not, in other cases neither the price or 
volume is updating. In RT quote window everything looks ok.
Some people on this forum are suggesting to use upper case symbols,
but that doesn't help.

I tryied AB support but didn't really get a solution.

This is a serious problem as that makes AB useless for day trading.
