[amibroker] New Video Tutorial - Intro to AmiQuote Locations and Files

I've posted via my site a tutorial video which provides a brief
introduction (running time 4:45) to AmiQuote installation and data
save disk locations, and the various file-types that AmiQuote saves
for the different download choices.

This is intended primarily for those just getting started.
