[amibroker] Index and Other Data Imports

Hi,
 Is there any free data source for importing Advancing Declining Issues 
and Vol Data. Also Trin and Vix for the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Using Amiquote from either YAHOO or Google or MSN??
 Ofcourse option put call ratios would also be nice and tick data
I have been looking for this data for years I just found out that Yahoo 
uses C:UVOL and C:DVOL for volume but I put these symbols into Amiquote 
and it said the symbols don't exist.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
