Yes, I did.   Logged a call with support and received a quick response.  You'll probably have to re-activate your registration.  In my case, I did have to do that but then it didn't work the first time straight.  Anyway, support was on the ball throughout and the problem was resolved.

Anyone had problem updating to 5.09?  I did, and the new 5.09 shows as unregistered!  I had to install a new 5.00 in a different folder and update to 5.08.  (I tried again to update to 5.09 to test the bug, and again I was "unregistered").

 Anyone had the same problem?
