I'm getting all symbols from TWS. FTSE and Globex sp500 minis work pretty well as do most 
others. you will need the plugin all instructions are on amibroker website. I run different data 
bases for different time lengths e.g. 1min, 5 min, etc etc.

backfills are limited to a few days.
