Hello,

Can someone Pls guide me how the selection of RS ticker can be done
with respective stocks.
See i have a database of 3000+ stocks and some 150 sectoral indices
all stocks are saved to the respective sectors as groupid which i can
call with groupid() in aa now the return value of groupid() is == to
that respective sectoral symbol file which i have made it that way so
that i can link it to do comparison ok.

eg. 001 is symbol 4 abc sector and all the stocks of that grp goes in
groupid()==001 so can i save this group's ticker 001 as rs(ticker for
the stocks of that grp so that when i calculate rs i get the rs with
it's respective sectoral indices.

In other words is it possible in ami to have rs(ticker) predefined so
that the rs will return the rs to its respective rs(ticker instead of
global rs base)
or is it possible to have different rs for each group and will it work
that way.
Any idea or clue i tried the otherway in aa like
if groupid()==001,x==001 etc but dont know why but it didnt work.
Pls guide me if anyone have any idea.
