[amibroker] Unable to get intraday data before November 2007

Hi, 

I am unable to get intraday data before November 2007.  Whatever the number of bars I ask Amibroker to load, I only get about 900 for hourly data or 30000 for 1-minute data, which is about three months.  I contacted my provider (DTN IQFeed) and they said everything is working well and I should be able to get intraday data from January 2007 until now.

Anybody has the same problem or any idea or to solve this problem?
