Assuming you are using 10 period EMA of closing price,


Dynamic_Color = iif(EMA(C,10) > Ref(EMA(C,10),-),                      
colorbrightgreen, colorred);

Plot(EMA(C,10),"Moving Average",Dynamic_color,styleLine);
