I can't find a link for it online. So, from AmiBroker do the
following:
Help menu
Search
Type in "account manager" in search bar.
Select first entry in the list (i.e. "Using Account Manager").
Available as of version 5.0 I believe. For version 4.9 search
for "Portfolio Window"
