[amibroker] Display More Data

I am using AB 4.8 and importing Metastock formatted daily data.  I 
know the underyling data file has prices dating back to 1985, but I 
can only display data from 2005.  I would like to view more data and I 
have tried altering the "number of bars shown" from the Database 
Settings dialog; the "default number of quotations in chart" from the 
Preferences>Charting dialog; and the "number of bars to load" from the 
Preferences>Data dialog, all without success.

Can someone please tell me how to load/display more data on a chart?
