[amibroker] I GIVE UP with this to code

Hi all,

Any helping hand there.  Please don't direct me to the help or user KB. 
I GIVE UP with this to code.

I would like to plot Limited Horizontal line from the high of previous 
candle High and if the current candle High lowers then the previous 
High the Line will move to it, till the candle close above Horizontal 
line.
