Thank you for the HotFix link. My Excel 2007 had the problem, which is
now fixed.

I had hoped that maybe it would resolve a discrepancy between
Interactive Brokers Schedule-D and my own Sch-D, but no such luck.

I would caution IB customers to be wary of IB's Sch-D download for
2007... their calcs do not appear to be reliable. Set up your own
spreadsheet for calculating 'Gain/Loss' from Purchase/Sell prices and
if you are like me, your Gain/Loss will not match IB's. In my case,
there is a several thousand dollar discrepancy which would reflect
against me if I used IB Sch-D data versus actual trading results to
report on my tax returns.
