Yes, go to Tools->Customize, "Keyboard" tab.
Switch Category to "Symbol" then scroll down the commands list.
You will find "Next Sibling" and "Previous Sibling" items there.
Now you can assign your custom key strokes to moving to next/prev symbol
within given category
