[amibroker] Different Data on two machines

I am very confused. I have one symbol in my list on two different
machines. One is running Amibroker 4.9 and the other 4.7. I add a
symbol, then click on auto update on tools, choose yahoo EOD from year
2000 until today and the charts on the two are different. When I mean
different, the overall prices look similar, but the indicators are
completely different. Simple indicators like EMA/MacD on daily charts.

I have reviewed over yahoo historical prices on the stock and on the
4.9 they are a few cents off here and there and some days are .20 to
.40 cents difference, which is where I believe why the indicators are
acting so differently between the two versions.

I have deleted the symbol in both 4.9 and 4.7 and used the auto
updater and choose MSN EOD this go around, and same thing. I'm very
confused. Does deleting the symbol in Amibroker not delete the data?
Can someone comment on why this would happen or what the fix is. I
don't like getting conflicting indicators on the same underlying with
the same indicator settings!
