Yes it is.
Using Amiquote with refresh setting in AQ and AB open it can update
the current bar with delayed data (every minute).

Yes, it's too late for me.
Maybe some want to use it - it mainly has academic interest - also it
is equal to intraday snapshot for free which some pay money for.

No, Excel is not involved.
MarketTracker will have to feed directly to CurrentYahoo (I think
registration to MT is an update of the users Current server status so
that is where the hope is that it will work - if not it would require
AB's intervention to add it to AQ or programmers to see if the com
route can do the job but that is over my head).

No, India automatically has RT for free and subscribers to
MarketTracker will only get RT for the three main US exchanges.
I don't think there is RT international data at Yahoo outside of that
e.g. if you go to MyPortfolio >> Quotes you can see ASX stocks
updating continuously but it is "delayed RT'.
