I added it as a smart stock. It would not allow me to access it without 
subscribing to another exchange. It trades on the London exchange so 
you may just need access to that. 

If you have added it to TWS and get the price data OK then in AB you 
would add it as WEAT-exchange-STK. When it pops up in TWS they show two 
exchanges, AEB and SBF. Try each of those and see if you can back fill 
the data.
