If you are using Vista, it comes with a built in screen capture program.  Microsoft calls it "snipping tool".

You could also press ?Print Screen? key and open ?Paint? software, which is default in all Windows software, and in Edit tab, paste the image and save accordingly. Screenshot of this mail attached
