[amibroker] fixed grid chart

HI

normally there are only two choices: automatic or custom (fixed) 
scaling on axis& grid. but this is a problem for mi cause if you scroll 
or scope, modify the scale  (automatic) or the line dissapear (custom).

will be possible to configurate a "fix step" grid, so horizontal lines 
were allway same separation (2$, 2 point,.....)
