Looking for a sample CSV file for the Windows built-in CSV ODBC driver

I try to use the ODBC/SQL Universal Data/AFL plugins, via Windows
built-in CSV ODBC driver.

Please could you upload a CSV file ready to use via Windows built-in
CSV ODBC driver.
Please give me also a step by step help to connect this CSV file to a
AmiBroker Database.
