Yes it can. As to "how" depends on WHAT creative work you do.
Because there are many things you can do in AB.
Few examples:
Writing new formula, editing old one, drawing new objects, system design/ backtesting/optimization

For example as far as system design/backtesting/optimization works, all results are immediatelly
available for any machine and any user because the reports are HTML files
and you can open them in any browser and/or ReportViewer, (assuming that
those machines are networked).

There are also many ways to work with multiple instances without
even need to synchronize.
For example if you use SHARED NETWORK drive for AB installation and run
all instances from that. Or you can share layouts using procedure described in detail
(dare I say that ?) in the manual. This method guarantees no conflicts, broken links and missing
work. But you have read the manual so you already know that perfectly.
