Jan,

There is no need for that because
you can re-open the window that you have just closed using File->New->Default Chart
and it will have all the stuff you had.

Hi,

No. They are both checked. It is a similar option for the closing of the entire window, which to the best of my knowledge, does not exist as of yet.

Regards,

Jan

The problem is really that the old backup was not possible to restore. Anyway, it doesn?t matter. I shouldn?t have complained so much, since it doesn?t help, really. I just want the program to ask before window closing in the future. I reinstalled it and now it reads the new backups at least.

BTDT

The best advice I can give you is backup backup backup.

I use an external USB hard drive to back up my work several times a
day. Every time I have completed enough work that I don't want to have
to do it over, I back up my data.

If I were in your situation, I would back up to another computer on my
network and make dvd backups every day.
