To get index, futures, option and fored data you ahve to specify more
than just the signal.
SPX in AB is SPX-CBOE-IND
RUT in AB is RUT-CBOE-IND
DJI is INDU-NYSE-IND,
COMP is COMP-NASDAQ-IND
VIX is VIX-CBOE-IND
TRINQ is TRIN-NASD-NASDAQ-IND
TRIN is TRIN-NYSE-NYSE-IND
Options are similarly defined. Just use the same structure IB asks
when you add a symbol to their TWS list.
You will see this defined in the Plug-in installation in the AB help.
