[amibroker] Support for Multiple Monitors

I'm trying to setup Amibroker like this video demonstrates to spread
it across multiple monitors.

The problem is I don't have a "Floating" or "Normal" option on my
Window menu in Amibroker.  Am I missing a setting somewhere?
