[amibroker] IB connector data limits

At present, the IB connector is giving only 1 week of data.

In the Excel sheet from IB I see that IB actually supports 
older data, but only (i assume) a week at a time.

So, to get historical data for the last six months, can you 
modify the connector to make repeated calls, a week at a 
time (changing the “endDateTime” with each request)?
