Hello,

Please go to 
Tools->Preferences->Intraday
and make sure that your "intraday chart refresh interval" is set to 3
or lower.
Also make sure that you are not filtering out certain hours (display 24 hours trading)
and that you have scrolled your chart to the rightmost position.

Generally if time&sales shows trades (as opposed to bid/ask only),
charts will update.
If you still experience any problem contact support with screenshots
of charts and time&sales windows.
