The length of the symbol has nothing to do.
What may matter is the non-US exchange (-DT suffix)
Are you subscribed to this non-US exchange and is your subscription real-time (NON delayed)?
Do these problematic symbols send TRADES (not only BID/ASK)
You should check in Time&Sales or in real-time quote if
LAST TRADE SIZE is different than zero and if it changes.
