Generally speaking both AmiBroker and AFL code wizard use
embedded WebBrowser control
to display HTML content (the "Rule" view in AFL code wizard is
a HTML).
Web Browser control is an integral part of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The Internet Explorer is actually a core part of Microsoft
Windows since Windows 98 and it is responsible
for desktop handling, shell and many many other things in
Windows. shdoclc.dll is a part of Windows Shell
heavily connected to Internet Explorer.
If you are running true Windows it of course is all native
(part of OS).
All emulations like Wine must provide all services/APIs
provided by original Windows otherwise they fail.

AFLWizard requires shdoclc.dll
override.
Manually override with winecfg or wine regedit
AB_Wine_Overrides_V0.9.49.reg command.
