Hi Bill,
I see. Yes it would be more convenient if it changed dynamically.
It is no doubt a non complete implementation of functions in Wine.
You can just click on the window title bar to lock the year in.
Then to enter the date, Just click on the day and the window will
disappear with your selected date in the to/from field.
