[amibroker] OT: UKB Update

Windows Live Writer is out of beta - download for a recent update is 
available at:

http://get.live.com/writer/overview

Whats new info for the update is at:

http://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com/

It includes minor fixes only that have no relevance to UKB authors.
Install over the top of existing WLW - it then requires re-establishing 
the auto log on connection.
