Re VolFactor
VolFactor tends to truncate the decimal places to zero (unless there is
a way that I don't know about to avoid that) so it is better to use the
smallest shift possible - 0.1 is better than 0.01 provided your index
vols don't cap out - you can see any vols or adjustedVols that exceed
the 32 bit integer limits because in the Vol charts they will plot the
max value along the 2,147,483,648 line.
