You don't need to reinstall AQ. Just enter the key in Help->Register menu.

Worked for me. After copying the entire mess, just did latest beta upgrade and it all worked same as past but a heckuva lot faster!

AQ says its unregistered now. Need to reinstall I suspect. Otherwise, smooth sailing.
