Actually all examples and instructions for conditioning CSV files, so 
that they are suitable for use with AB import, are spread across a 
few posts (some are also in Indexes and maybe other places - my UKB 
contributions are like a Chinese banquet for newcomers - you really 
need to taste each dish to get the full flavour (it's a themed 
spread)).
