[amibroker] New Toolbar: Why Does This Work?

I created a new toolbar in the Customize window and called it 
"Amiquote". Then from the "Command" tab I dragged "User defined tool 
1" (the category was "Tools") onto the new toolbar.

The new toolbar says "Amiquote" and when I click it the Amiquote 
downloader opens and starts downloading quotes from Yahoo. This is 
what I wanted but why is this working? I thought there would be more 
steps involved to make clicking the button result in downloading 
quotes.

Can anyone comment? Thanks
